IMARE toolbox for MATLAB provides functions for the feature-based image registration. The toolbox offers user - friendly GUI for image selestion, feature localization using different methods, invariant descriptions (5 approaches) and final image registration. The system can be easily extended. The evaluation and result visualization is supported.
